Hi, my name is Jeneca Dawn Solara.
I’m an intuitive channel, energy worker, artist, and certified Health & Life Coach. My work originally began in trauma coaching, supporting women healing from relational and religious abuse—something I’ve navigated deeply in my own life.
Over time, my path expanded as I began questioning everything I had been taught about boundaries, intimacy, belief systems, and what it truly means to live in alignment with myself. Exploring my sexuality, relationship orientation, and personal spirituality has shaped me into the coach and healer I am today.
I’ve also had my fair share of “what the hell am I doing with my life?” moments. Growing up with anxiety and an endlessly curious mind meant I was always asking big questions about life, belief systems, and the nature of reality. That same stubborn curiosity is what led me to the tools, practices, and perspectives that have transformed my life.
Now my passion is sharing what I’ve learned with other deep-feeling, big-thinking humans who are ready to reconnect with themselves and create lives that actually feel good to live.
